Indispensable in the garden for its scented flowers and winter berries, Thompson & Morgan Viburnum ‘Lisarose’ is an attractive, evergreen cultivar bearing clusters of creamy white flowers borne from deep red buds. With a flowering period between December and April, this useful shrub provides valuable winter interest at a time when colour is seldom found in the garden. Particularly versatile, Thompson & Morgan Viburnum ‘Lisarose’ can be grown in borders or woodland edges or used to create a dense, evergreen hedge that pollinating insects will love. The blooms also make excellent cut flowers. Choose a position in sun or semi-shade when growing Thompson & Morgan Viburnum ‘Lisarose’ and plant in any moderately fertile, well-drained soil. Incorporate plenty of well-rotted manure or garden compost into the soil prior to planting. Evergreen Viburnums should be sheltered from cold, drying winds.
