Hansel F1 aubergines offer excellent flavour and texture at any size, making them a versatile addition to summer meals. For best results, sow seeds indoors from February to May or outdoors from March to April. Pre-soaking seeds in warm water for 24 hours aids germination. Sow on moist, free-draining compost, cover lightly, and maintain a temperature of 18-21°C for germination. Transplant seedlings into individual pots once large enough to handle and grow on at a slightly cooler temperature. These plants can reach up to 100cm in height and spread up to 70cm.
