As the name suggests this variety of Nasturtium is set apart from the traditional type with their sumptuous, deep rosy pink blooms and neat round leaves. Perfect in a hot sunny garden, they will flower all the summer long, trailing and languishing wherever they are planted! Easy to grow and easy to look after. Beautiful as a garnish and don’t forget you can eat all the parts of this plant so what is there not to like!Direct sow nasturtiums outdoors where they are to grow from March to May. Choose a position in full sun on well-drained soil which has been raked to a fine tilth. Sow nasturtium seeds thinly, at a depth of 2cm (3/4") in drills spaced 30cm (12") apart and cover seed with its own depth of soil. Water the ground regularly, especially during dry periods. Germination usually takes 7-12 days. When nasturtium seedlings are large enough to handle, thin them to 30cm (12") apart.Alternatively, sow nasturtiums indoors from at a temperature of 15-25C (59-77F).
