This hardy annual is a quick to harvest vegetable, ready in just 30 days from planting as ‘baby leaf’ or 45-70 days as mature heads. Pak Choi 'Green' produces bright green stems, perfect for bringing colour and texture to your dinner plate!Sow seeds March to July.
