Grow stunning pearly white Cosmos 'Purity' flowers for your cottage garden, borders, or wildlife areas. These delicate, half-hardy annuals are perfect for attracting pollinating insects and providing beautiful displays from July to October. Each packet contains 100 seeds. Sow from March to May in a good quality seed compost, keeping soil damp and providing warmth (18-25°C) until germination, which typically takes 7-15 days. Once seedlings are large enough, transplant them into pots and grow in cooler conditions before hardening off and planting outdoors in full sun after the last frost. Space plants 45cm apart. Pinch out growing tips to encourage branching and more blooms. Water regularly until established and deadhead faded flowers to prolong flowering. Cosmos 'Purity' can reach up to 120cm in height and 60cm in spread. Ideal for bee gardens and creating wondrous summer displays.
