The nectar-rich flowers are a magnet for pollinating insects, making them a wonderful addition to any garden. Sow seeds from February to June or September to October on moist compost, keeping them in a polythene bag at 15-20C. Germination can take 1 to 3 months. Transplant seedlings when large enough and plant out in well-drained soil in full sun or semi-shade, spaced 23-30cm apart. Fully established plants reach up to 60cm in height and 30cm in spread. Supplied as 1 packet of 20 seeds with growing instructions. Caution: Irritant to skin and eyes. Harmful if eaten.
