Thompson & Morgan Antirrhinum Reminiscent Mixed F1 Hybrid Flower Seeds
Thompson & Morgan
Antirrhinum 'Reminiscent Mixed' F1 Hybrid produces a stunning mix of pastel coloured blooms that produce a delightful citrus scent which combined with their upward facing habit makes them an irresistible snapdragon. Often grown for their notably long flowering period, this mix is perfect for wildlife gardens, in beds or borders. Sow Antirrhinum seeds indoors or under glass from January to March on the surface of a good quality seed compost and gently firm down. Place the seed tray in a propagator at a temperature of 20-25C (68-77F) or seal inside a clear polythene bag until germination which takes 10 - 21 days. Keep the compost damp but not wet and do not exclude light. When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into 7.5cm (3") pots and grow Snapdragon plants on in cooler conditions. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions over 7 - 10 days before planting outdoors. Plant Snapdragons at a distance of 30cm (12") apart on any light, well-drained soil in full sun.Feed and water regularly until snapdragons are fully established. Deadhead faded snapdragon flowers frequently throughout summer to encourage more blooms to be produced.Product Specifications:Position in: full sun Height: Up to 30cmSpread: Up to 25cmSupplied as 1 x Seed Packet (50 Seeds)Images shown are for guidance only of the expected results from plants upon maturity.
