Houttuynia Cordata Chameleon is a robust and versatile perennial, moisture and drought tolerant this variety can thrive in most positions in the garden from sun to dappled shade. This variety is unique as it has hearts shaped leaves with splashes of green, gold and red. When crushed, the foliage emits a pungent orange fragrance. In Mid-summer the spreading stems are covered in pure white flowers. Making a good ground cover through borders or around boggy pond margins Houtuynia grows to Height: 30cm (12”).
