Tomato Burlesque is the perfect variety to put on a show. This tomato can produce 40-50 sweet and tangy beefsteak tomatoes. Each tomato can weigh up to 400g each. The perfect variety for growing in the greenhouse or outdoors in the south of England. Blight tolerant cordon variety with think skins that wont crack or burst. Juicy, meat-fleshed ideal for adding in salads and sandwiches or to add on top of pizza perfect with mozzarella and basil. This variety is ready to harvest from July – October. Height: 200cm (79”). Spread:50cm (20”).For greenhouse cultivation: sow from February to April.For outdoor cultivation: sow from March to April.Sow seeds on the surface of a good, free-draining, damp, seed sowing mix and cover with a fine sprinkling of compost or vermiculite. Place seed trays in a propagator at a constant temperature of around 15-20C (59-68F) until after germination, which takes 7-14 days.
