Grow your own mild chilli peppers with the Thompson & Morgan Chilli Pepper 'Havanna Gold' 3-pack. These plants produce attractive, long golden-orange fruits with a mild heat and a hint of habanero flavour. With thin skin and a good aromatic taste, they are perfect for eating raw in salads, sandwiches, or as a garnish. The well-branched and bushy plants are ready for harvesting from July to October. They can be used fresh, dried, or frozen for later use. Suitable for growing undercover in a greenhouse or polytunnel, or outdoors in a sheltered, sunny spot. Pot up young plants in warm, frost-free conditions, then transplant to grow bags, containers, or fertile, well-drained soil. Gradually acclimatise outdoor plants to conditions over 7-10 days.
