These Peruvian lilies produce funnel-shaped red blooms, strikingly marked with yellow blotches and streaks, creating an exotic display that is surprisingly easy to maintain.Summer Heat' exhibits a compact, well-branched habit, continuously producing blooms whether planted in borders or pots. They also make fantastic cut flowers for vase arrangements and bouquets. Reaching a height of 60cm and spreading to 50cm, this alstroemeria is a versatile and visually appealing addition to any outdoor space. You will receive one jumbo plug.Initially, pot up your jumbo plug and keep it in a frost-free environment until it is established enough to be planted outdoors. For optimal growth, plant in a sunny, sheltered location. 'Summer Heat' can tolerate temperatures down to -5°C. Water regularly during the growing season and feed weekly with a high-potassium fertiliser, such as tomato feed.
