Enjoy months of interest from this generous Scabious ‘Kudos White’. Flowering profusely throughout the summer months, it’s impossible to keep up with the amount of blooms it produces in a season, but you can certainly expect to enjoy the pretty pincushion flowers all summer long and into autumn. These elegant white flowers have dainty purple anthers which provide added detail, plus being nectar-rich they’re a magnet for bees and butterflies. With a more bushy and compact habit than a standard scabious, it’s a suberb choice for a patio container as well as for growing in beds and borders. Low maintenance and easy to grow, this hardy perennial just keeps on giving and demands very little in return. What’s more, it grows back and blooms again and again, every year! Grow Scabious plants in a sunny position on fertile, well drained, neutral to alkaline soil that is not excessively wet in winter. Water scabious plants until they are fully established. Deadhead faded scabious flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps in spring. Position: Full Sun/Partial Shade. Height: Up to 45cm when fully established.
