How to Grow: - Position: Plant in a sunny or semi-shaded location. - Soil: Prefers moist, fertile, well-drained soil. For containers, use a good quality soil-based compost such as John Innes No.3. Avoid waterlogged or excessively dry conditions. - Planting: Ensure the top of the root ball is at least 7.5cm (3in) below soil level to encourage robust shoot growth. - Pruning: This is a pruning group 2 variety. In early spring, remove any dead or damaged stems and cut back the remaining stems to a pair of strong buds. - Feeding & Watering: Apply a mulch of well-rotted manure or compost in the spring.
