This double knit knitting pattern leaflet 5969 by King Cole will instruct you on how to create ladies gloves and mittens in different styles: stocking stitch gloves with turnback cuffs or 1x1 rib, cable gloves and mittens, or mittens with turnback cuffs. The pattern gives you instructions to create the garments three sizes: 1 - to fit 15cm (6") palm, 2 - to fit 18cm (7") palm or 3 - to fit 21cm (8.25") palm. This King Cole knitting pattern is suitable for use with most double knit yarns, however tensions may vary and we recommend you knit a tension square before knitting the whole garment.
