A lovely, compact, deciduous shrub with vibrant Summer colouration and heavy fruiting. The Symphoricarpos ‘Magical Candy’ or Snowberry is a great low maintenance plant for any Summer garden display, with upright thickets of ovate, dark green to grey-green foliage contrasting nicely with the bright, pale pink flowers which give way to rich pink berries in the Summer and Autumn. A great option for low informal hedging. Plant in moist, fertile, well-drained soil and keep in full or partial sun. Grows well in most soil types and is drought and pollution tolerant once established, so is suitable for more urban environments.
