This lupin features erect spikes of densely packed, brilliant red flowers with a small yellow fleck in the centre of the upper petal. The flowers open up from the bottom over several weeks, providing a long blooming period from late spring into early summer. Lupins have long been cultivated by gardeners for their elegant line, exquisite colours and fine textured foliage.
