Delphinium Highlander Bolero is a herbaceous perennial with standout, double-flowering, frilly flowers. Each bloom is frilly and shows off the wonderful mix of purple, blue and white shades throughout. They are low maintenance plants that prefer to be grown in full sunlight. Plant in a moist, well-drained soil and then only give it water when the soil is dry to touch.
