Oregano Country Cream is a bushy, deciduous, perennial herb plant with small, aromatic, attractive green leaves edged with cream. In summer, tiny pink flowers bloom in loose sprays until early autumn. This is an excellent herb for adding an extra touch of delicious flavour to Mediterranean, Mexican and Greek dishes, but especially ones prepared with lamb meat. Plant Oregano Country Cream in well-drained, chalky or loamy soil in full sun or partial shade. Harvest leaves as desired, and any which are leftover can be frozen for use during the winter months. The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
