Heuchera Fire Chief is a dense, clump forming, evergreen hardy perennial with attractive bright red leaves that darken to wine-red through the Summer, turning browner in Autumn. They are topped by wiry, red stems bearing open panicles of pretty , bicoloured pink and white flowers, which appear from Spring all the way through to Autumn. This glowing and perpetual flowering plant looks fantastic in sunny borders and containers. Very easy to grow and thrives well in full sun and if the soil is kept moist it will also tolerate a shadier position.
