Buddleia Candy Little Pink is the ideal flowering shrub for patios, balconies, and small gardens. Its dense green foliage grows in a neat shape and the sweetly scented flowers are a magnet for bees, butterflies, and other pollinators - hence the plant’s common name, Butterfly Bush. The small pink blooms have bright yellow centres and appear from late June to early July, lasting all summer long. This is a low maintenance garden plant that is easy to grow. Buddleia prefers a sunny spot in moist, well-draining soil and even performs well in poor soil. A light annual pruning in spring is enough to maintain the shrub’s neat shape and encourage plenty of fresh new growth. Buddleia candy little pink makes an ideal bed or border shrub, but its compact size makes it a great choice for growing in pots and containers.
