The sandstone tubular ribbing stretch knit fabric uses a ribbing base with a striped design, giving a clear fabric type, colour and design for project planning. The composition is 95% cotton, 5% elastane, and the fabric has stretch and recovery for trims for cutting, sewing and handling. It has a medium to heavyweight feel and measures 70cm wide, so yardage, pattern placement and cutting layouts are easier to plan. The fabric can be washed at 30°c and is suitable for dressmaking projects. Use it for cuffs, neckbands, waistbands and stretch trims, where the handle, width and fibre content can help produce a neat, considered finish.
