This sliding carriage allows the lower level of drums to slide forward to aid with loading and unloading. On the 4 drum unit the carriage slides from underneath the top drums. Under no circumstances must the sliding carriage be used when the unit has been stacked on top of another unit. Only available at time of ordering the spill pallet, it cannot be retrofitted.
