Moscow policeman Captain Ivan 'Iron Jaws' Danko (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is on the trail of Russian drug dealer Viktor Rostavilli in the USA when he is ambushed by the dealer's gang. When Rostavilli makes his escape, an American cop is killed.
