Description:A one part, solvent‐free, quick setting, moisture curing polyurethane adhesive specially formulated for water‐resistant bonding and fast setting. D4 water resistance classification to EN204 and EN205UsesBond It PU30 RAPID WOOD ADHESIVE can be used in joinery andcarpentry, for bonding garden furniture, staircases, boats, woodenconstructions, sandwich panels and insulation materials. It hasexcellent adhesion to wood, chipboard, laminate, metals,polyurethane, expanded and extruded polystyrene foams, mineralwool, concrete, stone, bricks, gypsum boards and all traditionalporous substrates.The adhesive film has very good flexibility and can resist waterand frost.PreparationEnsure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease, oil or anyother contaminants that may hinder adhesion.ApplicationWEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES. Remove lid and cut the tip off thenozzle to an angle of 45°.Apply the adhesive onto one of the substrates, or to both if thematerials are porous. Assemble the parts immediately and clampfor at least 3 hours to achieve maximum bond strength.With the addition of water to one of the surfaces, the adhesivewill slightly expand, filling any irregularities in the substrate.Setting TimeBond It PU30 RAPID WOOD ADHESIVE has an open time ofapproximately 15 minutes. Setting time will be achieved after 3hours with final bond strength after 24 hours.Coverage120-150g per m2 depending on substrates.Container Size750g squeezy bottle.
