This sumptuous Delhi-style sauce is crafted with roasted cumin and fenugreek, creating a beautifully spiced, mild curry that's perfect with vegetables, chicken, or meat.We honour true Indian home-cooking methods. We slowly caramelise onions until golden and sweet, then freshly roast and grind our spices before slow-cooking the curry for hours to develop a deep, complex flavour. This sauce is mild on the chilli heat scale (rating 1).It is gluten-free, plant-based, and has no added sugar. Free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives, it is also suitable for vegans.Ingredients include onion (40%), tomato paste, sunflower oil, melon seeds, and a blend of ground spices. May contain celery, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, and soya. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened and use within 3 days. Do not microwave.
