70cl / 60.20% - For a few years now, Torabhaig has been showcasing its journey to creating a core range of whisky with us, and every new addition adds another intriguing chapter to the tale. You may have already tried Sound of Sleat, well, this is the same whisky but bottled at a huge 60.2% ABV. Here's the other details: it's made from Concerto and Laureate malted barley peated to 78 ppm+, then matured in a selection of American oak casks, including Quercus Alba virgin oak and first-fill and refill bourbon casks. The residual phenols are 19ppm and the single malt Scotch was bottled with no added colour or chill-filtration.
