This cutter will enable you to create four sizes of roses from a beautiful bud up to a fabulous full bloom using the same technique, perfect for placing on celebration cupcakes or draping down a romantic wedding cake. When using this cutter we recommend working with a 50/50 mixture of sugarpaste and modelling past. Also works well with sugarpaste, flower or modelling paste and marzipan.
