The tappit cutters are simple to use and ideal for adding birthday messages for kids’ birthday cakes, cupcakes and cookies. The cutters can be used with fondant, gumpaste, florist paste or even modelling chocolate giving you plenty to sink your teeth into. The cutters are also incredibly simple to use: just roll out your fondant or gumpaste etc, lay the cutters over, push down firmly, then tap out of the cutter and you’re done! If you have a little trouble removing the design from cutter, try a scriber tool to ease it out. Try using different coloured sugarpaste for different effects, or you could use lustre or sparkle dusts to give your letters that added shine and sparkle. You could mix the dusts with rejuvator spirit, dipping solution or lemon extract to form an edible paint to brush your letters with whatever colours you like.
