CRISP ORCHARD FRUIT AND CITRUS: Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this English sparkling delivers vibrant aromas of fresh green apple and citrus zest, subtle brioche and dried-herb hints. On the palate crisp orchard fruit and citrus are underpinned by lively acidity and a long, clean finish BALFOUR WINERY: Produced by Balfour Winery on the 400-acre Hush Heath Estate in Kent, this non-vintage sparkling is crafted via the méthode traditionnelle using grapes from Wealden clay, greensand and chalk soils. Chardonnay dominates the blend, joined by Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and a small percentage of Pinot Gris FOUNDED IN 2002: by co-founders Richard and Leslie Balfour-Lynn, Balfour Winery planted Kent vineyards with the ambition to craft English sparkling of world-class calibre.
