SMART STRAINS uses Lactobacillus acidophilus, La-14 & Lactobacillus rhamnosus, HN001 to target vaginal health, reduce candida, and colonise the microbiome in just 7 days. With Lactoferrin to boost friendly bacteria and reduce Gardnerella, we prioritise precision over generic blends. Right Time – Take these oral probiotics at the first sign of any changes in your vaginal flora. If on antibiotics for bacterial vaginosis (BV) or antifungals for thrush, take daily alongside them for the duration of the course, and continue for at least 3 months after treatment has ended. This supplement is ideal for girls and women over 12 years, and is suitable during pregnancy and menopause.
