Yikes. \n\nFor this debut album they managed to recruit US alt. \n\nscene staple and production hero Kramer, who \n\nmanned the desk on all seven tracks on this mini LP.\n \n'You Set Me Reeling' kicks the album off with a strong \n\nmelodic emphasis, only to suffer slightly from having a \n\nchorus that doesn't deliver on the promise of the verse.\n \nBBC Radio's Marc Riley has compared The Nightjars to \n\nHusker Du, and there's certainly a case to be made for that: \n\nthe guitars thrash around in the same sort of fashion \n\nas you'd hear on something like Candy Apple Grey \n\n(albeit without the choruses), but Towards Light \n\ndoesn't quite give you enough to hold onto.\n \nYou suspect that The Nightjars would make fo.
