Iron is an essential mineral which is part of hemoglobin, the oxygen-carrying component of the blood and myoglobin, which helps muscle cells store oxygen. As a result, some iron-deficient people become fatigued in part because their bodies are starved of oxygen.\n\nDirections:\n\nOne tablet daily or as directed by your Doctor. To be taken by mouth.\n\nIngredients:\n\nEach sugar-coated tablet contains 200mg ferrous sulphate (approximately 60mg of ferrous iron), Maize Starch, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Lactose, Sucrose, Titanium Dioxide.\n\nDo not store above 25\u00B0C.\n\nStore in the original pack in order to protect from light.\n\nIMPORTANT WARNING: Contains Iron.
