'The Spirit of Belfast': Dunville's was recently revived by Elchinville distillery. This 10 Year Old was aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and bottled at 46% abv. The liquid is presented in a spectacular bottle with a vintage design, harking back to the glory days of Dunville's whiskey. Free from chill-filtration.  Expect aromas of tarte tartin, calvados caramel creme and dark fruit compote on the nose, leading to a palate of candied oranges, fruit salad, and sherry-influenced fig and stewed date flavours. On the close, clean malt is mixed with vanilla and spices, with PX sherry flavours on the tail.
