RAMSBURY SINGLE ESTATE GIN is a modern twist on a classic London dry gin. A crisp, full-bodied gin in which floral notes combined with our defining botanical, quince. It’s perfect when paired with a classic Indian tonic, a slice of green apple and lime and plenty of ice SINGLE ESTATE SUSTAINABLE SPIRITS: The Ramsbury Distillery was built in 2014 and creates award-winning super-premium sustainable Single Estate Spirits, combining ingredients that are almost entirely grown on the Ramsbury Estate for exceptional quality and imitable British taste GIN BOTANICALS: Ramsbury Single Estate Gin starts its journey on the estate as Spotlight wheat. Ramsbury then distil it through their 43 plate copper still, creating a base spirit that gives the gin an incredibly smooth texture. The spirit is distilled again with nine botanicals - juniper, fresh quince, cinnamon, liquorice, oris root, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel, coriander and angelica FLAVOURED GIN: Ramsbury Single Estate Gin is fruity and sweet with a floral tone.
