Highest quality cut root of Soil Association organic Echinacea Herbal Tea\nEchinacea purpurea 250gm\n\nDirections\n\nTo make an echinacea root infusion or tea use one to two teaspoonfuls of dried root to a cupful of water, Slice the roots to smaller pieces if they are large. Use to make a tea in a an infuser teapot or, for a stronger infusion, place the roots in a saucepan, pour on the water, cover with a lid and simmer gently for approximately ten minutes before straining.\n\nFor further information and recommended dosage please consult a qualified herbalist. We recommend no more than three or four cups of echinacea tea per day\n\nOur dried herbs are supplied in resealable, compostable brown paper bags\n\nSoil Association certified organically grown herb. Herb from Germany (country of origin may vary).
