THE SPIRIT OF SAINT LUCIA! : BOUNTY rum is produced by St. Lucia Distillers which is located in the scenically beautiful and agriculturally rich valley of Roseau on the Caribbean island of St Lucia. BOUNTY PREMIUM DARK is complex and chewy! This is due to the extra body of the pot still rum. It is popular in tiki or other complex cocktails that yearn for more depth and character. RUM BLEND : A blend of 3 years old Coffey Column Still and 6-year-old Pot still maturate, aged in ex-Bourbon casks. Extra alcohol to give a kick and bring out the traditional pot still personality. TASTING NOTES : Rounded complex nose of toffee, clove and chocolate, with hints of cinnamon and tobacco STORMY SEAS : a refreshing and fruity cocktail 60ml Bounty Dark 100ml Ginger Beer 1 quarter lime METHOD : 1- In an ice filled glass, squeeze the lime 2- Pour the Bounty Dark and the Ginger Beer 3- Stir softly with a bar spoon and enjoy !
