Enjoy on its own over ice as a dessert/digestif, or try using just as a splash instead of sugar in your old fashioned, for added depth of flavour. THE NOSE: A bold sweetness, rich with raisins, figs, dates and dark chocolate, given depth with manuka honey, coffee and a hint of liquorice candy. THE PALATE: A rich, syrupy mouthfeel delivers another hit of dried fruits and liquorice sweets, along with creamy vanilla and lightly roasted coffee.
