Bottled exclusively for us at The Whisky Shop, this Kilchoman single malt has been matured within a single Oloroso sherry cask for 12 years. After being distilled, matured and bottled on Islay, the whisky has been bottled at 53.8% abv. One 319 bottles were drawn from the cask, which are only available to our customers. The nose opens with soft campfire smoke, dried dates and a salty minerality, before the smoke softens as the fruity background comes to the fore. The rich fruit continues on the palate with waves of BBQ cooked meats and dark chocolate leading to a finish of butterscotch and raisin.
