Showcasing a bold new expression crafted exclusively for the UK market, this liquid was made with unpeated Concerto barley grown on the Arbikie Highland Estate, before being matured in Ex-Woodford Reserve Rye Whiskey casks, offering a distinctive departure from Raasay’s signature style. Recognised by multiple industry awards, including Distillery of the Year accolades, this whisky reflects the excellence and innovation of both producers. It stands as a refined addition for collectors and enthusiasts alike. At 50.2% abv, this release delivers vibrant notes of green apple and banana on the nose, a rich palate of black pepper and stewed fruits, and a lingering finish of pine sap and dark chocolate.
