A balm allows us to use much more of the herbal oils than we could in a cream and only a small amount is required each time. Massage the balm into muscles or joints 3-4 times a day.\n\n WARNINGS\nArnica should not be used on broken skin as it may sting. Do not use if pregnant. The Vitamin E (Tocopherol) contained in the product is derived from wheat germ oil and may contain traces of gluten.
