CARPAIN MOUNTAINS - found in the Southwest of Ukraine, are home to the purest pristine natural springs. They are the source of the artisan well water used to produce Mikolasch Vodka. Undergoing a ‘single water’ process and quartz purification, the result is a soft, mineral-rich and balanced water that gives Mikolasch its distinguished clean and delicate flavour. SINGLE FARM - The front label gives you all the information you could possibly need - the dates of sowing, harvesting, distillation, the farm, even the name of the farmer. It's a corn base which provides a silky creaminess, with a hint of soft white pepper on the finish.
