Traditional Scottish Aberdeen Angus burger seasoning with onion. Use 500g mix per 9kg minced meat, includes rusk. This pack will make 10kg of burgers. Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative! Simply add this seasoning to minced meat & water. Shape the burgers by hand or use a press for a professional look! The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger. Leave burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat Dont forget to use burger discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers.
