I specialise in needle felting and have designed this starter kit to give you everything you need to start 2D needle felting (painting with wool) This item is supplied boxed so is also ideal as a gift There are 20 colours (each approx 6gm) of 100% top quality Merino felting wool together with 2 veined rovings and 1 Glitz roving You also receive a foam pad and 2 pieces of 100% merino wool pre-felt. The prefelt is approx 12"x10" (30x25cm) and is used as a base to attach the colours to - using the foam to absorb the needle. There is a wooden needle holder and 9 spare needles in 3 sizes (the longer needles being the thicker ones.) Lastly there are 2 leaflets enclosed - one to give the basic tips on needlefelting. The second being a double sided colour A4 sheet to give you ideas and inspiration.
