What It Is & It's Uses Carded wool batts in thick sheets—perfect for felting, spinning, and armature wrapping. Soft lofty fibres separate easily and felt quickly, making them ideal for 3D needle felted sculptures. Use as core wool to build structure, then cover with coloured wool for detail. Also suitable for wet felting base layers or drafting and spinning. Item Features Choose from 100g / 3.5oz or 200g / 7oz 4 natural shades: white, black (dark brown), grey, mid brown 33–35 micron fibres – robust yet soft to handle Fast to felt and easy to work with May contain dried vegetable matter This popular wool is perfect for Needle Felting 3D sculptures core or middle which can then be covered with another colour if desired, offering a fast structure and a lower cost of wool. 33-35 Microns give you a robust felt, however it is very soft to handle and easy to work with, Also can be used for a wet felting base material or drafted and spun with.
