Gentle cracked black pepper spice, fresh fennel and fragrant orange blossom on the palate. Lingering herbal complexity, citrus freshness and gentle sweet spice. HOW TO ENJOY - Simply serve over ice with a dash of water and a lemon twist. For a longer drink, fill a tall glass with ice, add 50ml Tarquin's Cornish Pastis over ice, top up with cloudy apple juice and stir, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
