70cl / 44.5% / Hunter Laing - Bottled by independent bottler Hunter Laing, this single-cask rum from Montebello distillery in Guadeloupe was distilled in 1998 and aged in oak for 24 years. The distillery style has notes of orange peel, dark stone fruits and pastry with just a hint of smoke — a remnant of the aromatic extraction allowed to take place during ageing.
