TRADITIONAL METHOD PRODUCTION – Made using the same method as Champagne, ensuring a fine mousse, complex aroma, and lasting finish. Our Wessex Reserve has undergone secondary fermentation in-bottle for a minimum of 3 years. TASTING NOTES – Bright golden hue with delicate aromas of spiced poached pears and apple blossom. A crisp palate reveals hints of preserved lemon, ripe stone fruits and marzipan.
