Flowers in summer, bearing white, bell-shaped flowers marked with yellow and purple, followed by long, cylindrical, pendent pods which often persist after leaf fall. Very tolerant of pollution. Makes an unusual specimen tree - wonderful for sitting under on a summer's day!
