Rim locks are fitted to the surface of the door rather than being morticed in, along with a surface mounted keep that should be fitted to the door frame.Contains a 1 lever rim lock which is not insurance rated, use in conjunction with a british standard deadlock to comply with insurance regulations.Product is reversible so can be used on either the left or right hand side of your door.All our rim locks are KA.Supplied with matching SS wood screws.Our Polished Brass products are made from solid, unlacquered brass and have soft, golden hues which offer a depth of reflection. This works wonderfully in period dwellings but can also be used to bring a classic twist to contemporary properties. If left untouched, this finish will oxidise over time and naturally age to create a historically beautiful look. To restore these products to their former glory, simply polish using a dry cloth and some Brasso.
