Amarillo is an excellent dual purpose hop being used as both a bittering and an aroma hop.\n\nGrown in Washingtom State, USA this hop variety is much prized for it's intense orange, citrus and floral flavour characteristics.\n\nHop pellets are destalked ground hops pressed into little pellets. Use about 10% less than you would when using leaf hops with a similar alpha level.\n\nHop pellets can be preserved longer and are usually available for a longer period of time during the course of the season. \n\nAlpha Acid Range 7 - 11%\n\nThese US grown top brewing industry quality hop pellets are supplied in a heavy duty resealable pouch with a tamper proof seal to preserve their freshness and quality.
